Well Herb, you are right to an extent - somebody is buying and who and for what reason is hard to know. No financials is like blinders. it makes it very hard to see. You can dislike me as you see fit, for my constant theme about not reporting, but in your heart you must know that if they were reporting this confusion about what was going on would be diminished and at the very least, who and why could be eventually discovered by looking at the subsequent filings. But as it is, there is a good chance you will never know. All you can know is that there is an earthquake. You have no idea whether your position is sitting right on top of the fault line. Btw though and not to be real picky, there is no specialist here. I think you are thinking of the Big Board where there are specialists that match the buyers and sellers. Here we have Market Makers where you have bid/ask spreads coming from each. Would that this was a big board issue where you have credible reporting requirements.
