Well what do you call it when the company was telling people on the phone back at the beginning of July that they would be filing the quarter ended June 30th by the middle of August? And now it's not until next year. I call it evasion. Real companies report. Those that have something to hide, hide. Seems real simple to me. And this update process and calling that a posting of financial information is just ludicrous.
