I really belive your investment is safe here. No comparison to MTEI. There it was the imfamous Stagg report we were all waiting on. At no time did we have the cofirmations of legitimacy that we have here. You had a shady company in ICVI who was dumping shares on the market without anyone knowing. We also had a handful of investors pumping away and no real way for anybody to confirm anything. This hyping is what caught most of us in their web. You also had a runnup to what $1.78 when ICVI was rumored to have been taken over by Jack and the boys. I sure learned alot from that one.
Here, we have Insider Trading up and running in Garden City. We have confirmation of the site in Boca Raton coming along nicely. We have many, many posters who make calls and confirm what others are posting. We can also call ourselves and confirm much of this on our own. We have Dave at Realty Money confirming his relationship with us. It goes on and on. If this were a scam, it puts Paul Newman's hustler to shame. No way. Plus, it seems to me, that if this were a scam then we would have seen a runnup higher than .125.
Without financials, there is still plenty available to confirm their legitimacy. One just has to be willing to put in the effort. Make calls and dig. Ask questions and try to catch them lying or telling different stories. Doesn't happen here. No way someone could orchestrate a scam to this scale. To many people involved and yet all on the same page. Other than John jumping the gun on Belize and the financials delay, there is no conflicting stories. If people aren't willing to make some calls and check things out for themselves, they shouldn't be investing in pennies. People need to be confident in a company before they invest in it, and then have some faith in the company.
Anybody can sit behind a computer all day and type negative remarks. Its easy to question motives and such, but without faith, they shouldn't be here anyway.
MTEI is over. I lost quite a bit. Fortunately, this little gem will get it back and so much more. MTEI still will benefit me. Not only for the learning experience, but the losses will offeset some of my gains here.
