I thought CDNW had this also. I agree with you about Amazon - I am one of their affiliates, i.e. if you click thru to Amazon from my page and purchase something (anything) I get a commission.( I can't however, use this to purchase for myself). This system encourages people like myself with small commercial sites to include Amazon. It's brilliant because they get very targeted and dedicated customers through a zillion small sites. It increases exposure dramatically. Sales follow. It's a numbers game and they don't mind giving away a small commission.

Well, just decided to check this one out. I did a search "CD NOW affiliate programs" and up popped lots of info. There is a plethora of affiliate programs and CDNW is indeed involved. Check out this page as an example:

members.aol.com (I just picked this one from my search - have no connection)

So, there they are..from this page I can click thru to CDNW web site.I suspect when we get the numbers they will reflect this program.Amazon is such a name it gets the lion's share of the attention right now.

For more info on affiliate programs (and to see how vast it is) this is a page I found: associateprograms.com There are lots more.
