Sorry for the delay in getting my weekly report written. I had a slight detour to the Buckeye State early in the week to pick up my daughter from college for the holidays. Here's the address of the report: execpc.com Jim Battaglia's TVR risk indicator for mutual funds is still a bit higher than the Idiot Wave's current reading, but the Oscillator value is high enough to make up for the difference.
