Look Rosario, I think you should be a little more careful about slinging around the charge that I say there is a conspiracy. My comment was considerably different than your representation:

There is no real benefit to be had unless you all are part of an ongoing conspiracy to see the stock rise regardless of the fundamental facts, so that others can be recruited to buy your shares at unjustified, unsupportable levels. I suspect you won't care a whit, once you've sold at a profit. There's the holiday spirit. #reply-6895891

As long as everyone is freely posting their own thoughts and opinions here and is not conspiring behind the scenes to control the news that gets released in order to manipulate the price higher or keep any bad news from driving the price lower, acting as a group as it were, then there of course is no real concerted conspiracy, in any legal sense. There is just the joining of investors hoping for the price to rise. It is this conspiracy, the conspiracy of like minded people acting coincidentally in concert that I was referring to. Of course the SEC might take a different view if there was a more organized effort, but I doubt that this is involved.

So please tone down your rhetoric on this subject and stop attributing such an accusation to me.
