Why are you still bashing them for not filling. By the post from you that I'm copying below. You have already figured when they do file it won't be right so what is the difference. I think from the tone of this copied post from you, we all know what your next bashing attack will be when they do file. So why don't you just admit no matter what this company does it will not be right in your eyes. I mean really you already have them committing fraud with a SEC filing and they haven't even filed. Yet you are screaming they should file. I guess there isn't any danger of you being accused of having a open mind about prwt. You say you are here for the "story". I think you have already written your story. You are just having a hard time getting the real story to fall into your preconceived ideas. Something tells me that with all of their hiding on the issue of filing that when they do, it will just be the beginning. There will likely be far more questions raised than answered. And that the stakes will be much higher, because misrepresenting to the SEC is not nice.
