I just called Carl Hymanas(sp?) at 1-212-725-4500, the PR for CDNW, about the TWX information. He had not heard about it before I mentioned it to him, but it would be something he would look into himself. Either it is a false statement, or VERY new. Also, if it were brand new, perhaps the PR is being quiet so as to not draw too much attention to it. We'll see if we hear anything in a major form of media in the coming days. If it is true, certainly someone would want to do a story on TWX and this possible equity investment.

Regarding the merger with NTKI. He indicated that the SEC had not yet come back with their "approval". He did say that CDNW people were pretty much calling the shots.

They are going to be pushing hard for advertising as to counter AMZN's growth, but it does not appear that AMZN is taking any customers from CDNW.
