Please Ernie don't post nonsense like that. The MM's are not holding the stock back, unless they are the ones shorting into whatever demand there is for this. And from the looks of it, unless they are absolutely shorting this one, the dollar volume is pretty anemic. What do you figure maybe $15K in stock has actually changed hands so far today?
This isn't the buy back program boosting the stock right now, or is it?

for sake of getting financials out they gave no value to lorichios propertys this 10k.
You mean they could then file without being cited by the SEC, don't you? Deferred? Right. Like this is going to come up again

I cannot emphasize strongly enough that these are only rumors and I have had no luck confirming them. If anyone has heard anything similar please let me know !!!
Well, that is quite responsible of you not to pass these rumors on then. It is so refreshing to see some one verify stuff like this before posting. Some people will just make up a rumor, just to get anything started with a flagging stock. Good to see that you have higher standards.
But shouldn't we leave these kind of things to Liberty Capital? After all they get $¾million for hyping this stock.
Btw, it could be that the book value may be overstated and the current price may accurately reflect shareholder value. The apparent suspension of the CEO, and lack of financial filings could be an important clue to unraveling where things stand now.

Oh dear John, I just saw an ad on tv for a product called Scoop & Flush from Cat's Pride. This just can't be good news for our litter company here, because they are advertising it as bio-degradeable and flushable. Of course with their national distribution and national advertising campaign not to mention the current shelf space exposure they already enjoy in supermarkets and even in our local Walmart, they could be formidably positioned to capture massive market share.
The window for kitty litter may actually be closing faster than the window for y2k, if you can think of that as being possible. I sure didn't before I saw that commercial. (But I wonder if does rose bushes any good

The first time a President/CEO has called for it? Please go read the PR's for AZNT. Michael Sylver has been banging on that drum for 6 months or more now - like he invented it. Danny Dror at EDII dividended and changed the CUSIP # as a partial step in that direction. He even took the rather amazing step of becoming their own Transfer Agent, though this could have been born of the fact that no one else would so serve with the chaotic situation that may have been created there.
My opinion is that companies that do this have another agenda besides their publicly stated one, and it is likely not good for the common holder either.

Oh boy. They want people to take possession of their shares so maybe others can dump? Not another RMIL or another AZNT I hope. Or worse - the dreaded Reverse Split.
Are we sure that Baron Marney isn't still writing this stuff? Because if they say no reverse split is coming, that's the time to lock up the women and children. Just look at NBMX and how that worked out.
