James, Glad to see at least one person read my post And if your on the ball you can possibly easily repeat what just happened. Some of our lawyers/accountants have done several of these deals but this is the first one that was brought to my attention. There were several tiers of eligibility with 1st priority being that you needed an account with $50.00 in it as of 6/30/95 which would have allowed you to put in for up to $300,000.00 per account with a max (I think) of $700,000.00 per household. Even though the stock was trading for the last several days, no one received their stock certificates until yesterday's mail. Everyone should have them all by today which could possibly cause a drop in the share price or the institutions may pick up all shares that come available. I honestly expecteed a little pull back yesterday as investors finnally receieved their stock certificates, but didn't happen. I sold yesterday and locked in a great 42% gain in just a few days of trading. Banks are going public at a rapid pace all over the country. Check with your accountants/lawyers as to which banks will be good candidates to go public in your area and put a couple hundred bucks in each. If they all work about the same, you will automaticly be notified and then go from there... LSBX reported great earnings yesterday and looks undervalued at 9.50...Ken
