The deal will go through because CDNW without NTKI doesn't have enough appeal to generate a Time Warner deal. Too fragmented a market with the major portals split down the middle between these two. Web reach and eyeballs are the key. Aggregate the eyeballs and you are in the soup.

That's the lesson of YHOO, XCIT and LCOS vs. all the rest. They got the eyeballs early and are continuing to add value added services to create ca$h flow stream.
