BASED upon my calculations/DD I would estimate that we will see a 1 for 10 share reverse split which would bring the authorized shares down to 75 million, (ouch),and increase the stock price to 15 cents. We will then see the stock price drift back to the 2-3 cents area while PRWT continues to print shares in order to pay expenses. I do not look for too much revenue from one Belize Model, very few insider trading customers, and a letter of intent. THOUGHTS
