<<Though somebody continues to buy the Jan. 120 call options!)>>
I don't trade options (and only go "long" on stocks). So, using the "KISS" method, would you please explain to me what the significants of buying Jan. 120 calls is?
Comment:
ONSL did indeed have a good week, no question. And, to its credit, didn't fall back like so many net stocks did after their one day jumps, but the stock is falling back, never-the-less.
I don't have any opinion on the Street.com, good or bad. I do try to stay abreast of news items and hopefully make sound judgements as to their worthiness. True, the article didn't cast ONSL in a favorable light, however I believe it worth noting that analysts quoted with regard to ONSL's future both rated the stock favorably.
The gist of the article was that the pie is getting smaller with more and more auction sites being made available on the web. This is, IMO, something which must be taken into consideration going forward. Such negatives also provide opportunity for those who believe in ONSL's future when the stock takes dips. Frankly, I hope it does fall off much more (i.e. buying opportunity). I, for one, wish they would consider doing more with odds and ends items like eBAY. Why can't they? Why not open up their product offerings more, in turn attracting a wider audience.
I often wonder where ONSL's price would be if they had IPO'ed this year instead of '97.
Hope All will have an enjoyable holiday season. Matter of fact, I think I'll start mine now.
