Thanks for bringing this topic to the boards, and for clarifying, distinguishing between I2 and NGI. There are many of us who use the terms I2 and NGI interchangeably, and don't make the distinction.

I found it interesting, as you will note in my below-referenced link, that you should immediately make the correlation between NGI and video. I had not thought of it before in that focused manner, although I've thought of it as a very strong enabler of packetized video. Interesting.
