Hi everybody, I just did some checking on the CDNW insider planned sales as well as sales that have already taken place in the last few weeks. Between last week of November and second week of December there have been major sells by company insiders (most sales were at about $24-$26).

I added up the numbers and they total about 45% of the total number of shares out (this number was calculated also adding shares in the float having been bought by TimeWarner as well). The bigger insiders are still holding on to most of their shares.

Does anyone think that perhaps Time Warner is buying the stock on the open market and trying to keep the price down until they are finished with their buying? Does anyone know of a way to find out who the big buyers are?

This could explain why we have had incredible volume without the explosion in volume like the other Internet stocks. If this is true, then we should be able to expect incredible upward price movement soon after Time Warner (if it is them) is finished accumulating.

Do you think Time Warner knows how to make a stock run against the likes of Amazon? With their obvious advantage over Amazon in terms of TV coverage, you bet they do!!
