PanAmerican Bancorp is a startup company with NO DEBT and plenty of
capital behind it. (General information for investors)

The web site update of December 14, 1998 states that the response
to the CNBC commercial by active day traders has been overwhelming
which has been confirmed to me by Mary Feder and others at the
company.
