Jhild, you ask so little. PanAmerican Bancorp has not yet been in
existence for six entire months and you are demanding public audited
financial statements. The company has stated several times that it
will be a reporting company and financial statements and the 10Q's
and 10K's will be released. There are solid business reasons why
the financial statements can't be released as soon as you would like.
Nevertheless, I am confident based on conversations with almost the
entire management team and others associated with the company (what
DD did you do?), PanAmerican Bancorp will release its financials and
when they do, this penny ante stock price will be ancient history.

Jhild, please show me examples of other publicly traded companies
that have filed with the SEC in less than six months after the
companies started operations. Waiting . . .
