dwg1:
Perhaps i can volunteer my opinion, given an MBA/JD, 11 year owner of PRWT and current Negotiator in the software business:
1. PRWT is backed by undisclosed "deep pockets". We can't confirm this presently, however, why would EXISTING business, en masse, align themselves with a penny stock? ;
2. The completed financials are being used as leverage to entice, perhaps, an already listed NASDAQ stock to join the synergy;
3. All negotiations I engage in are subject to VERY restrictive Non-Disclosure agreements, the breach of same resulting in the deal falling apart;
4. If you accept the foregoing, the alleged undervalued PRWT, may pay huge dividends to any entity that joins the fold and accepts shares, rather than cash, as consideration for the acquisition/merger/consolidation/assest buy, following the release of the audited financials and anticipated disclosure of who/what is backing and funding this 6 month old company. |
