.........the Boca Raton office to open, and the one in Garden City took a very long time to open, as well..... just wondering if this is a bit misleading...
Colleen, I am surprised at that statement from you, you use to live down here in Florida... you of all people should know about all the red tape you have to go through... Especially in Boca!!! Hell, I opened another location to my business a few years back and it took me three months once the lease was signed before I could begin normal operations. Most of the lessor's here are fully aware of the politics and BS you have to go through to get started.... that's why they usually give you three months free rent... they would never lease the places out if the leasee was going to be out of pocket for three months and paying rent...
Colleen, I don't know if you have ever opened a business and dealt with the city and county codes, but I can tell you from expierence it's not something that happens overnight!!!

Colleen, I have been to the Boca Office, numerous times, you already know this from my personal contact with you, I have no idea why you would ask it on the public thread when you could have just called me. Unless ofcourse it is just your intentions to cause doubt!!!! I don't know your reasoning behind it. I would have been more than happy to run up there and check it out, infact I would have done the same for anyone who asked me. Sure it's about 40 minutes north of me, but I don't mind doing favors for those who truly need them.
Infact, I plan on going up there again this week, weather permitting. I will post what I find out to the thread and stop some of this nonsense.
From what I have seen and my expierence in the past with my own businesses, I am satisfied with their progress.
I do not understand all of the negativity from you lately, sure you have valid questions, but honestly if it were me and I had questions that could not be answered, I would sell and move on... I would not keep kicking a dead HORSE sort of speak...
Maybe you should check the last close and see what's going on, apparently there are those that do not agree with you and are happy with this company and believe in it..... I for one can not wait to see what tomorrow brings. This should be an interesting and profitable year for all of us....
