People can change the authorized share amount without
haveing any kind of vote, dont fool yourself .

The people that are in Euto thought the same thing. That they
got to have a vote before something like that can happen.
WRONG> They did it by just fileing for more atthe local courthouse
where they were incorporated.
I guess it cost only 50 bucks, and I have heard that in NEVADA
its even easier to do this than Florida .

The auth shares were limited at 100 mil. All they had to
do was ask for more without a vote and Bingo, now they
got a 500 million auth shares limit. they are already
cranking up the press as we speak too.
thats right, a half a billion.

turst me, they dont need a vote, and they dont have to tell anyone they are gonna do it, till its too late.
If you dont check with the TA about once a week,
they will just sneak it by and the only
ones who will know will be the TA>,

They hope no one finds out too quick
and then they come out with BIG NEWS and
sell the shit out of their worthles stock on a run to 4 or 5 cents.

call the TA every week and ask what the Authorized shares are and
what the limit is EACH AND EVERY WEEK< DONT TRUST THEM!!!!.

a "vote" is just a bullshit lie
they tell you while they screw you overand quadruple the
number they can sell.
