According to an article on brokers, written by a broker, on the Motley Fool web site a few weeks ago, upgrades/ downgrades are designed to generate trades (ie commissions). Some clients sell today. Buy when we get closer to earnings. churn, churn, churn. I think it all a big BS game. In a few weeks, you'll wish you had a chance to buy at 70, and you won't get it again... until a split ;-)
