We have substantiated the fact of JOHN SCHMITZ"s relationship with , CARL CRUZ, charged and convicted of defrauding Investors and the Federal Government in bogus real estate deals. It is apalling to know that my lengthly E-MAIL to JOHN SCHMITZ , including my home phone number, asking him to address my concerns was responded to by a criminal, CARL CRUZ, who handed be a bunch of BS not only on PRWT but USXP. This will also help to explain why JOHNNY has not released financials and why he has done nothing about some of his investors already losing more than 80% of there investment. This puppy is about to tank big-time.
