Chris, I know how you feel. There are people who post without taking the time to read any of the messages about companies/technologies they know nothing about. This is bad, since there are readers who are trying to inform themselves and they get all confused. I also hate the types who just go out and try to hype a stock for their personal benefit without adding informative value to the discussion. I have been a technologist for 15 years and now follow tech stocks for investment purposes. But I still don't post without doing my homework on a topic that's new to me... don't worry, people generally are smart and they sooner or later get to know who is who...
