Your futile babbling makes no sense at all. You are way over your head and refuse to admit that YOU BLEW IT. Lets look at the FACTS: 1. YOU claimed Carl was a criminal. 2. YOU CHANGED THE PARTIES TO THE CASE TO INCLUDE SOMEONE THAT WAS NOT NAMED IN THE CASE probably thinking no one would find out about your feeble attempt to prove you were not lieing. 3. YOU want folks to forget that YOU COMMITED FRAUD and believe you anyway. We really don't give a rats rear end what you have read about how qui tam or any other process works. That is not what is at issue. The point before the people here is that YOU COMMITTED FRAUD! The issue is whether or not to believe you when you attempt to present FACTS that YOU HAVE INTENTIONALLY FORGED AND LIED ABOUT! You complain that I assail you and not the facts. Well, the facts here ARE that YOU COMMITTED FRAUD! If Carl really has a criminal conviction, then where is it? Put up or shutup, FRAUD! Totally Irresponsible ... THOUGHTS?
