It's just an observation this fellow made; there is also a small part on market statistics with regard to OI and how options are closed out and so forth but if I posted it, it would be out of context and would only serve to confuse. The fellow is very skilled, by the way, and although I get a ton of e-mail I always check his stuff as soon as I see it come in. It's never a message where he suggests a trade; it's background information that lends on an insight to the way the CBOE "thinks".
