Rosario, < what we have uncovered will even have Pan Am employees dumping there shares. I do have preliminary info that Pan Am's outstanding/authorized shares are well over One Billion. It appears that Pan Am is running out of ways to finance there massive on-going debt. It also appears that some of Pan Am's suppliers and competitors are investigating the CRUSE/SCHMITZ connection. The SEC is also being notified about the aforementioned. > Could you post some verifiable facts regarding PanAm? Roger
