Suggest all you want, just as I will suggest that you have a very peculiar double standard asking Rosario to produce his documentation, and not hold John Schmitz, Merv Rosenfeld and Gus Leodas to the same standard as far as financial statements, and proof that the reverse merger has been completed. It appears worth repeating since you didn't get it the first time, so here it is again - I think that you have an inverted sense of priorities.
