Well it is unlikely that Carl is going to be willing lay bare his own trading records and indeed his entire business record as it relates to the action involving Costal General Construction Services and to PRWT as well. This is after all an important element of the posts that he is citing. Putting the plaintiff on trial should not be such a hard thing to do in such an action as this. From a few of the responses that I have received, Carl doesn't seem to have many friends around and I suspect there may be more, more than willing to step forward "on Carl's behalf". But alas, I am not a defendant in the action cited, nor do I or have I ever taken a position in PRWT. Nor have I ever urged anyone to ever buy or sell. What I have done is stand against the storm of personal attacks and constant belittling that goes on here, to stand for the principle that dissent is not to be silenced by the kinds of bullying innuendo that so many here desire to engage in.
