Hi Joe,

The meeting with David Schofield was excellent.
He touched on a new product that will be coming out in February 99' which could very well take the RSI division to a new level and have a positive impact on the bottom profit line of RXSD.

They are changing the packaging to be uniform world wide. They gave us a preview and it looks great!!
They are opening up Japan in May of 99' and two to three countries each year thereafter. He mentioned Canada will be one of them in the near future.

To accomodate a worldwide distributor force, thay have put in a computer system of which there are only two in the world - I would say they have great expectations for this division.

David mentioned that he was in the process now of adding additional legal staff to help deal with the large national and international growth they see ahead. He wouldn't comment on the class action lawsuite, but didn't seem at all concerned about it.

They had a doctors panel at the end of the meeting which was most informative. They discussed a few of the unique products that RSI has the exclusive on.

It was very interesting to find out that 30% of the distributor force is made up of people in the medical profession.

I am certainl looking forward to going to the RSI Corporate conference in February at Albuquerque, New Mexico. The are anticipating 8,000 people in attendance.

John
