Lee I contacted the company and was told that because of on going negotiation with another company it was not in the best interest of the company at this time to publish the financials because these negotiation involve a possible merger/acquisition . I was also told that a complete audit of the company was completed in Dec. Company will be reporting well within the time frame set by the SEC. I suggest you call the co. and ask these questions and get you own answers. 516-232-2221. I also think there is still much interest in the stock. Just not much interest in this thread because of the many post by people that demand things from a company that they don't even have a vested interest in. If you need any more question answered and I can help please pm me.
