I own PRNI. I first heard about the stock from a "Streetwalker" column in Forbes magazine. It mentioned that a big part of the company is owned by Milken and Murduch, that management owns a large stake, and that there is takeover talk with a speculation of $18 a share.

I noted that the company agreed to pay any lower difference between $16 and the market price of PRNIA (the Class A shares) is a recent acquisition if the stock wasn't at least $16 in a year.

PRNI is growing quickly and has the muscle to make further purchases. They recently bought 5% of Audionet, an internet broadcaster.
