Introduction Compact
Does anyone have any info or thoughts on Premier. It's had a nice recent run up in price, to as high as approx. $14. Currently trading at $12.875.

The company is profitable. Has a reasonable P/E. Apparently some analysts have expressed their opinion that the company is ripe for takeover. Comments?
