If there was a buyer looking to accumulate shares, PRNI would make the most logical choice because of the much greater voting rights.

I think that the run up today may have been related to Evergreen which is going to buy/merge with a company that owns 10 radio stations. They also are investors in Audio.net. That is the linkage with prni.
