Thanks MGP: I put that statement in as a heads-up to
anyone who might be looking.
You are correct about the voting rights and i doubt very
much if anyone can make a run at this company without
mgmts ok as they own most of the PRNI. If you dont know
it already Archon Comm is controlled by rupert murdock
and michael milken so I don't think a hostile bid would
take this guy out. The question I've asked myself for
2years is why are they in this puppy when either one of
them can write a check bigger than the entire market cap
of PRNI. I envision significantly higher prices near
term as the EVGM aquisition is raising radio valuations
