Hold on there StandPipe, Dave Wecshler has been quoted as describing Realty Money Center as a new entity that was created just in 1998. The experience of Realty Mortgage Corporation really bears little on the expected performance of Realty Money Centers. Having the Financials would surely explain the origin and the capitalization of this Realty Money Center operation. It is no wonder to me, though apparently to you, that John Schmitz would not want to reveal the financials, especially if it revealed that this deal has not closed.
