If you check the CME site they have an e-mail address where you can request an info pack. One thing though, they will give your number to a Futures Broker who will call in a few months. Futures Brokers, as a rule, don't fall into the Boiler Room category though. So if you are not interested just them him or her and they won't bother you further.
