I just called the company and spoke with M Beagelman Actual issued shares;26millions The Authorized number of shares is now 40 million,enhanced from 25milions last year.This has been done at the end of 98.A letter should be on the way to the shareholder explaining the reason of this enhancement.Simply said,Joel Beagelman told me it was mainly to build the inventory and for a possible acquisition.So there has not been significant dilution .There were more than 20 million issued in December 97 He told me that they were doing A HOLE LOT OF DEMOS to different government agencies right now.He is not expecting any real sales enhancement before 60 days from now. He explain that EGS needed more time to learn about the product. Hope this can help.I relate this conversation at the best of my understanding. Francois.
