How does this sound. I go to my doctor I either write him a check, use a credit card, or pay him cash for 100% of my office visit. I get a powerX card. I go to my doctor I write him a check, use a credit card, or pay him cash for 80% of my office visit. My doctor than either faxes, or goes to the internet to a nice new database driven site immediately puts a bill into powerx for the 20% discount that I just didn't have to pay him. I now go to my pharmacy I either write a check, use a credit card, or pay them cash for my prescription without POWERX I pay 100%. With my POWERX card I pay 80%.
