Thanks Wait and see, I think I got it now, But How do we ever know how many floating shares there are??

So shares authorized means that they could issues more shares up until this limit! Unfortunately to do this , does that mean that they need to do a reverse split! because I know that A reverse split is BAD, especially for BB!
