Based on what I know, you are wrong about Teltek being an interexchange (long distance) carrier, authorized to provide service to customers in California, which incidentally has a huge number of immigrants who could benefit from cheap long distance service to their home countries.

Since you don't understand the "situation on the ground" out here, you should look at the CPUC page at cpuc.ca.gov . Going through their databases of regulated companies at cpuc.ca.gov , one finds that Teltek Communications International is registered as a "cellular reseller" and show up only in that database, at cpuc.ca.gov . Teltek is not registered as an interexchange carrier something that can be verified by looking at the CPUC database of such companies at cpuc.ca.gov .

I probably would not have even revealed that I been to the Anaheim location in the original message, Message 7277361 if I had found a regular office or industrial building, instead of a LA cellular dealer. You should go visit the place sometime to see what I mean.
