10-Q says:

".... The decrease in income before income tax provision and pro forma net income was primarily due to the increased cost of the Company's infrastructure, including selling, general and administrative expenses, which was not fully absorbed at the current level of sales. .."

In other words, the cost of doing business is higher.

As Jonnie Cocktrine (sp?) would say: RXSD has got to trim the fat to get back on track.
