Leroyt, we have had some solid DD this past week in the form of banditjrjr's report of his conversation with Peter Benz. Admittedly, there were some "optimistic" comments about the possibility of obtaining a huge credit line from Warner Bros. Otherwise, the information seemed very credible to me. I was particularly happy to hear that the company is going to be fully reporting to the SEC very soon.

Also, we have a PR from the company announcing the world premiere of "Speedway Junky" and representation by the William Morris agency. This is definitely good news which hopefully will lead to more good news (revenues from "Speedway"). But the stock price did not move. When I bought on Wednesday, I was expecting my order to move the stock price, and I would get partial fulfillments at several different prices. In actuality, I could have had as much as I wanted at the ask.

So the questions arise: is the stock being shorted? Does it make sense to short a 6-cent stock? If so, what do the shorters know that we don't? If not, is the stock simply coming from people who are rotating out of the stock into something more promising this week? Is there a way to find out what the short interest is in MVEE? Shorting the stock will not matter in the long term if the fundamentals develop properly (i.e. the company makes movies which bring in revenues which result in profits), and the company does not have to issue more stock to fund its activities. Comments welcome.

Regards, Suzanne
