Boeing is going to implement CATS...and pay usage fees to RADA...RADA has just decided not give up percentage of ownership in their company...or...the RADA shareholders did not authorize the new shares necessary to sell to Boeing (and dilute ownership)...or whatever...However, a formal agreement of some type is coming...(I base this on a following of all the news items to date...including the general debate in Israel on how to respond to foreign investment in Israel companies...and I also am making an assessment of the situation...)...
