Thanks for the notice on SFLX. I picked up another 1000 at 16 3/4. Its been my experience that when a company moves up the earnings date they usually have good news. When they hold off and release long after hours, it tends to be bad. I don't quite understand the rationale unless it takes time to come up with excuses if the news is bad.

I will try to take some time to update the data and post an index number on a historical weekly basis going back 3yrs. I will also attempt to weight it by market cap. However, I need to use one date for market cap. I don't think I have the time to do a dynamic market cap because it changes to often (# shares changes every qtr for some).
I thought about using the market cap from Jan 94 or whenever they went public, whichever the earliest. Comments?
