Jon,

Yes, I've traded full time for 3 years. Regarding your questions, I have 1200 stocks in my database, some I position trade and I have just a handful that I daytrade. I don't tend to daytade volatile stocks, rather focus on a few that I really know. And my income is still not consistent ... not like a typical paycheck ... I have weeks now and then where I may not make any money on my daytrades and then other weeks where I make more than my target amount. But, my buffer is my position trading ... that allows me to sleep okay at night ... knowing that I usually have some decent profits locked away that I can take if I choose. My percent winners is around 75% and that is inclusive of position trades as well ... not just daytrades.
