Why would they write this:

9.Are Internet calls possible using the Be There! remote
access system?

Yes, if you are running an Internet phone. Be There! connects
you to the corporate LAN and the Internet phone works from
there. Delays in voice and data transmission will be
substantial using Internet phone over any modem
connections, including Be There!.

If they are truly H.323/VoIP capable why wouldn't they say so. They don't say so in their releases, they don't say it on their website. But you assume they are. Unless they incorporate codecs from the H.323 specifications they certainly are not interoperable with all the VoIP gateways and servers out there. It looks like the best they can do is tell you to buy
a Netphone and you can use BeThere as a regular modem to connect to another Netphone. To date that and ESP seem to be their contributions to IP telephony.
