I'm no lawyer but I would think that just this part of the post PanAmerican BanCorp (OTC Bulletin Board: PRWT < pretty much sets-them up for a class action suit if the merger is not completed. Not to mention why is the SEC letting them PANAMERICAN BANCORP even say they are trading under any symbol?
