Donald, if PRWT is Panam, why can't you get a difinative answer from PRWT/Panam, concerning the finalization of the reverse merger? Why can't you get the same concerning the aquisition of RMC? The best of intentions won't get you diddly. Show me the papers. John won't. He won't show anyone anything. If there's no proof, theres no such merger/aquisition. The ONLY thing I have heard from the company(PRWT/Panam, whatever) is that they are in the final stages. As far as I , or anyone KNOWS, is that it has not happened yet. AND, with talks of mergers of Panam with a NASDQ listed stock, and the reverse merger not being completed yet, Panam may end up doing the merger w/NASDQ listed stock, and PRWT gets left in the dust.
