Go to the same site and look up, Purewater Sciences International Inc. There is nothing there, {dissolved}. In order for PRWT to be trading on the OTC:BB it has to be registered, does it not? If you would read the PanAmerican web site it explains perfectly that Purewater Sciences International Inc. has been dissolved, and the new company name is PanAmerican. Also may I point out again, What about the 400,000,000 shares of this {so called shell} that are held by John and other owners. I am sure that they did'nt aquire them for free!!!!!!! Get real. >>>ISSME<<<
