The story is even more confusing when you think about it, isn't it? Since PRWT underwent a name change to PanAmerican BanCorp, however the corporation named PanAmerican BanCorp is incorporated in Nevada, not Delaware. Is this all a ruse to confuse everybody, I don't know but it sure has this affect, doesn't it? Has anybody checked the Delaware site to confirm what name they have registered for PRWT?
